We don’t want that to happen to you, so today we’ll share three of our best tips to help you craft a winning offer. 1. Get educated. Sit down with your real estate professional and have them explain the current market conditions. Market conditions dictate everything, so you need to have an understanding of what’s going on if you want to make a competitive offer. In today’s market, there might be as many as 20 offers on a property in certain price ranges. 2. Work with a good lender. We prefer local lenders who can both help you get qualified and get you through to closing on time.

3. Access our long pipeline of houses. We can’t possibly know about every house that will go on the market in a given period, but we do have a fair number of people who are planning to put their homes up for sale.
