Meet The Team
Chris started his residential real estate sales career in Oklahoma City in 1995. Since that time he has successfully assisted thousands of homeowners with the sale, purchase, or rental of their homes and land. In addition to his residential sales experience, Chris has also served as the Director of Operations for the coaching division of an international real estate brokerage and has personally coached and consulted top real estate agents, brokers, managers, team leaders, market center administrators, and teams on ways to better serve their clients while running profitable and person-centered businesses.
Chris has a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Legal Studies, holds a master practitioner certification in NLP from the Association of Integrative Psychology, is a Certified John Maxwell business and leadership coach, and leads trainings through the Seniors Real Estate Institute, a company he co-founded in 2012, on how to serve the mature market.

Broker Manager & Contract Specialist
Nikki began her career in real estate in 1991 shortly after graduating from Geary High School. In addition to owning and operating multiple successful real estate businesses, she has served as a team leader (broker manager) for two real estate brokerages, has coached and consulted internationally with agents, brokers, and teams on sales and business best practices, and has developed curricula for multiple continuing education courses in real estate.
Recognizing that selling homes was as much about psychology as it was sales, she went on to earn degrees in Family Studies and Gerontology and Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University, followed by a doctorate in psychology from North Central University. While assisting all ages and types of home buyers and sellers, her passion is with assisting those making late-life moves and downsizing from longtime residences.
Nikki co-founded the Seniors Real Estate Institute with her husband, Chris, an organization centered on training, coaching, and certifying real estate agents seeking to better serve the mature market. She also holds a master practitioner certification in NLP from the Association of Integrative Psychology and is a John Maxwell certified business and leadership coach.
In her spare time, Nikki enjoys boating, spending time with her grandkids, writing, reading, and researching.
